Late Cancellations:
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation and will incur a $50 fee.

No-Shows:
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will also incur a $50 fee.
The $50 late cancellation or no-show fee will be charged to the credit card on file, which you authorize us to securely keep for this purpose.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and authorize the $50 charge to your card on file for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Booking Restrictions:
We reserve the right to restrict or prohibit future appointment bookings if a client has three (3) or more late cancellations or no-show appointments within a 12-month period.
