The American Society of Plastic Surgeons has recently released their annual report of statistics surround plastic surgery. They report that there have been more than fifteen million cosmetic surgery procedures, which includes non-invasive procedures as well as surgical ones. These procedures were reported to have been performed just in the United States alone. What is causing this significant upturn? New advances and products may be charging down the road to cause more growth in the realm of plastic surgery.
Just last year, there were several new plastic surgery devices and products that were approved by the FDA. These included a facial filler which has been created to treat volume loss in the mid-face region, as well as form-stable breat implants made from silicone gel. In truth, each of these US-based implants for breasts manufacturers now have these types of implants in their inventories.
